Steps to Flash/ Install TWRP on ZTE Nubia Z11 MAX

Step 1: Begin with downloading all the files mentioned above in the prerequisite section.

Step 2: Unzip the TWRP zipped file downloaded into the folder, and note down it’s path.

Step 3: Enable USB debugging on ZTE Nubia Z11 Max (Settings > About phone > Tap 7 times on Build numer > Back to Settings > Other system settings >Developer options > Enable USB debugging) and, then connect the device to computer.

Step 4: Now, navigate to the folder extracted in the Step 2, and then check and double click to run ‘recovery.bat’ file.

Step 8: If you wish to install Stock Recovery 1.23 , type ‘4’. If you wish to install TWRP recovery in the fastboot mode, select ‘5’. Finally, if you want to install the Stock recovery 1.23 in fastboot mode, select ‘6’.

Step 9: If you either rooted or flashed recovery through ‘Stalence Tools’, then you are good to go. To make it more clear, you can root your device, by simply navigating to the ‘TWRP Advance> Stalence Tools> Click ‘Root’, and this would root the device.
