Thanks to XDA Member CryllicBuster273, he has posted an unofficial build of Pixel Experience ROM based on Android 10 for OnePlus Nord (avicii). As usual you would first need to flash unofficial build of TWRP Recovery on the device, and then follow the instructions to flash Custom ROM. Though, Google apps are build-in in the Pixel Experience ROM, but we have included separate package for your download (Open Gapps) if you ever need sale, just in case.

Prerequisite

How to Manually Flash OnePlus Nord (avicii) with Android 10.0 based Pixel Experience Custom ROM
Note: Before you proceed with the below-mentioned steps, your device must have TWRP flashed and rooted already.
Step 1: Boot your phone into the TWRP Recovery. To enter into the TWRP Recovery, hold Power Key and Volume Up button together for some time. Release the keys until the Recovery mode appears on the screen.
Step 2: From the TWRP interface, select the option ‘Wipe’, then ‘Format Date’ would appear, click on ‘Format Data’.
Step 3: Tap on the option ‘Yes’ to confirm the format action.
WARNING! Use the ‘Format Data’ option with caution!! Format data will completely erase or format the internal storage of your device, Make sure to backup your important data, This step cannot be undone/ restored.
NOTE: This step is required to use encryption on the internal storage of the device, “Format Data” will keep some storage space for the “footer”, which is the requirement of encryption!
Step 4: Transfer the downloaded pixel-experience-xxxxxxxx.zip GSI ROM and GApps zip file to the internal storage / SD card of your OnePlus Nord (avicii) smartphone.
Step 5: From the TWRP interface, you can optionally backup the Stock ROM. Though, I would recommend to backup the Stock ROM. Because if in case process gets failed, you can flash the Stock ROM.
Step 6: Tap on Install ‘, and then navigate to the file ‘pixel-experience-xxxxxxxx.zip’ system image and swipe to confirm flash (located at the bottom of the screen). The flashing process of flashing the PixelExperience Custom ROM has been started and will take a few seconds to complete.
Step 7: Then, just Reboot/ Power off the device and then enter into the TWRP recovery mode once again.
Step 8: Select the option, ‘Wipe’, then click Ádvanced Wipe’, and then ‘System’, followed by the ‘Repair or Change File System’. Just confirm to resize.
Step 9: Select ‘Mount’, and then select ‘System’ and ‘Vendor’.
Step 10: Select ‘Install’ and then select ‘Gapps’ file downloaded in your PC, and then confirm ‘Flash’. Then reboot/ restart your OnePlus Nord (avicii) device.
