Step 8: Now, remove the battery of your device, if it is removable, and re-insert again. You should connect the tablet to computer in Download Mode only. To do the same, just hold down the Volume Down+Volume Up buttons simultaneously, and then connect the device to computer via USB Cable. Make sure that Volume Down+Volume Up buttons are pressed until the device is detected by PC.
